Return and Refund Policy
All NatAura products have been formulated to deliver the best results, and we pride ourselves on providing a transparent and user-friendly experience. Our hope is always that you love our products as much as we do, but in case that isn’t the case, here’s how you can return and request a refund.
We offer refunds in the following cases only:
- Your received a wrong shipment
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
Should either of those cases apply to you, you can raise a return request with us. Just follow these steps:
- Send an email to help.desk@aranyamessentials.com with your name, contact number, order ID, and a photo of the products you wish to return.
- Make sure all the items are returned in an unused condition along with your invoice.
- Make sure all items are returned in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, all packaging boxes, and/or any accessories.
- Make sure the request is raised within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once we review and approve your request, we will initiate a pickup. Our courier partner will pick the package up from your location.
Once we receive the return order, we will review the contents of the package to ensure it meets the above criteria. Following this, if approved, your payment will be refunded to your account within 7 business days.
