Orders

Do you allow returns?

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of the delivery date on all orders placed on our NatAura.co.in.

You may follow the below steps to ensure smooth processing of your return request:

  • Send an email to help.desk@aranyamessentials.com with your name, contact number, order ID, and a photo of the products you wish to return.
  • Make sure all the items are returned in an unused condition along with your invoice.
  • Make sure all items are returned in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, all packaging boxes, and/or any accessories.

Do you allow refunds?

Yes, refunds are allowed on all returned orders once they pass the quality assessment. Once your order is picked up all refunds, if any, will be credited to your account in 7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally. Orders can only be placed by and shipped to individuals residing in India.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order, our shipping partners will send you an email with your order details as well as a tracking ID you can use to easily keep track of your shipment.

How are taxes calculated?

Our prices are inclusive of all taxes, however shipping is calculated by our payment gateway partners directly during checkout. Charges may vary depending on your location.

Do you test on animals?

We do not test on animals. All NatAura products are certified cruelty-free and vegan.

What is the shelf life of your products?

All NatAura products have a shelf life of 24 months

Are NatAura products safe to use for pregnant women?

Our products have not been tested on pregnant women and lactating mothers. Please consult with your dermatologist before use.

How quickly do out-of-stock products return?

We work hard to restock products that run out of stock. Because all of our products are made from scratch using natural ingredients, we cannot guarantee a particular time frame. However, you can stay up to date on restocking status by signing up for our emails or following us on Instagram.

Do NatAura products contain parabens?

All NatAura products are free from sulfates, phthalates, and parabens.

Can I use these products on sensitive skin?

Our products are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

How do I know if the products I'm buying are authentic?

Our products are only available on our website and on Amazon where we’re listed as an official seller. If you come across any other online storefront selling our products, please report them immediately.

How do I check whether I’m allergic to a product or ingredients?

All NatAura products are clinically tested and are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

If you are unsure of how you skin may react to a product, you can conduct a patch test.

Apply a small amount of product onto a clean area near the jawline or behind the ear

Leave the product on for 4-6 hours before wiping it off.

If you observe any redness, irritation, or burning do not use the product. If the reaction persists, consult a dermatologist.
